The first night we are on board, we will take some time to find your north star - the central purpose that you and your newly forming company revolve around. You will also receive a copy of our book Entrepreneurs on Fire.
Morning: The Power and Skills of Entrepreneural Leadership: We will learn the difference between strategic, operational and tactical leadership and how you can best “stay in your lane,” providing clear vision and strategy, yet also know how to do the right amount of LBWA: Leadership by Wandering Around. As the founder or co-founder of your new company, you want to provide just the right amount of “directed autonomy,” to not squash the creativity of your team members while keeping them focused on the right goals and vision. We will discuss the four imperatives of leadership, and how to build trust as a leader. You will receive some great ideas and tools on how to think strategically, ahead of Day Two’s deeper dive into strategic thinking.

Plan and build scoreboards that will help you hold your team accountable and point them towards an incredibly successful shared future
Discover and demonstrate how to successfully delegate responsibilities to others in a way that will empower them and enable you to free up your time to drive the company forward.
Afternoon: Leading Change: As an entrepreneur you will sail in a sea of change and must become adept at inspiring and leading your company or teams through change. Here we will learn how to lead change, based on John Kotter’s book, “Leading Change” and other tools. Identify the eight things that derail change initiatives and how to overcome them.
Morning: Customers Only Want Two Things: Winning Loyalty in a Competitive World
Winning loyal customers is one of the keys to your initial and continuing success. Also, winning the loyalty of your staff as “internal customers”. Now you will experience the full workshop that we have successfully taught all around the world. Customers only want two things: solve my problem and leave me feeling great about the experience. In this session you will receive our renowned deck of Hot Tip Cards and many other tools, including a copy of Kevin’s new book.
Morning/Afternoon: Strategic Thinking and Planning Deep-Dive
Here we will learn practical nuts-and-bolts ways of thinking strategically and creating or revising your strategic plan. This will be highly customized around your company’s situation and current needs.
Create a compelling vision that will transform and propel your company to new heights.
Draft out, discuss and revise your current strategic plan.
Develop WIG’s (Wildly Important Goals) to help drive the strategy into execution.
Master positive accountability and how to effectively hold people and teams accountable
Note: you will have other times on the ship to continue to discuss and work on your strategic plan.
Too often people talk about creating satisfied customers. In this day and age, satisfied customers aren't enough. Your company will live or die based on how loyal your customers are. One of the most important things that any business can do is create loyal customers. In this session, you will learn the 2 things that customers want and gain powerful insights into how you can make them truly loyal.

Our cruise itinerary offers us two full sea days for our workshops, one at the beginning and one towards the end. In between we will visit beautiful Hawaii.
Day 1: Spend your day in Honolulu and visit renowned Waikiki Beach. Wander the International Bazaar or take in a luau in the surrounding area before arriving on the ship at 4 PM.
Day 2: Spent at sea. While you are learning about succession planning and leadership, your family can relax on board by spending some time by the pool or taking in a day at the spa.
Day 3: We will be in Maui for 9 hours and you can spend this time going up Haleakala or exploring the renowned road to Hana.
Day 4: Spend your time in Hilo relaxing on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
Day 5: Take some time to explore the North shore of Oahu and take in the show at the Polynesian Cultural Center.
Day 6: Enjoy your day in Kauai by hiking the Na’Pali Coast or taking a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon of the Pacific
Day 7: We will spend our workshop time aboard the ship by focusing on tactical skills that will take your business to the next level. You will learn how to create Wildly Important Goals that are backed by a culture of accountability, scoreboarding, and teamwork that propel your company far beyond where you have ever been before. You will also learn what regulations your business needs to adjust to and how you can take your customer loyalty to the next level.
Day 8: Disembark at 8 AM in Honolulu and enjoy a typical Hawaiian breakfast before returning back to your business ready to implement the powerful lessons you've learned on board.
