The first night we are on board, we will take some time to find your north star - the central purpose that you and your company revolve around. In the morning we will break out into concurrent sessions to maximize the value for everybody who comes. We have two fantastic topics for these breakouts.

One of the most important things that any business can do is create loyal customers. In this session, you will learn the 2 things that customers want and gain powerful insights into how you can make them truly loyal.
Breakout Session 4: Staying Compliant in a Changing Healthcare World
The regulatory world is constantly changing and it is imperative that you stay current on the changes that CMS is making and how those changes will impact you. This session will go through the 2016 regulations for home health and hospice so that you will be able to adapt and adjust

Our cruise itinerary offers us two full sea days for our workshops, one at the beginning and one towards the end. In between we will visit beautiful Mexico, Honduras, and Belize.
Day 1: Spend your day in New Orleans and visit the National World War II Museum or visit antebellum plantations in the surrounding area before arriving on the ship at 4 PM.
Day 2: Spent at sea. While you are learning about succession planning and leadership, your family can relax on board by spending some time by the pool, taking in a day at the spa, or
Day 3: We will be in Cozumel for 9 hours and you can spend this time touring the Mayan ruins at Tulum, swimming with the dolphins, or relaxing on Cozumel's famous beaches.
Day 4: Spend your time in Belize exploring the jungles, rafting down the Sibun River, or exploring the Mayan ruins at Altun Ha and Lamanai.
Day 5: Take some time to relax in Roatan, Honduas with a day golfing on the shores of the Caribbean. Alternatively, you could spend your time sunning on the beach or exploring the magnificent oceans around Roatan on a snorkel or scuba tour.
Day 6: Enjoy your last day in Mexico by taking an ATV or Jeep safari through the jungles and beaches of Costa Maya.
Day 7: We will spend our workshop time aboard the ship by focusing on tactical skills that will take your business to the next level. You will learn how to create Wildly Important Goals that are backed by a culture of accountability, scoreboarding, and teamwork that propel your company far beyond where you have ever been before. You will also learn what regulations your business needs to adjust to and how you can take your customer loyalty to the next level.
Day 8: Disembark at 8 AM in New Orleans and enjoy a typical New Orleans breakfast at the world-famous Cafe du Monde before exploring the French Quarter and returning back to your business ready to implement the powerful lessons you've learned on board.
